B0050 : "List index out of bounds" error in Start Menu properties
You may get a "List index out of bounds" error when you drag an item from one folder to another. This only happens if the item dragged is the last item in the originating folder.
There is a possibility that the Start Menu becomes corrupted, causing loss of items. In that case, restore a backup copy, or install the original start.ini and re-import your Program Manager groups.
Workaround: Copy the last item to the new folder (holding down CTRL), then delete the original item.

B0049 : Corrupted start menu icons
Certain video drivers cannot handle very wide bitmaps, causing bmpcahce.bmp to be corrupted

B0033 : HideMinApps setting incorrectly saved

B0029 : Limits on lengths of Start Menu item data
The Command, Directory and Icon File fields of Start Menu items are
all limited to 80 characters. The strings will be truncated
if you attempt to convert long strings from Program Manager items.
The solution is to place the long string in the [Environment] section
and use an environment variable in the menu item's fields. This will
cause the long string to be substituted when required, and the
substitution process is limited to 255 characters.

B0028 : Semi-colons are not allowed in Start Menu item data
The START.INI file uses semi-colons to separate the data
of individual fields. This means that you cannot enter semi-colons
in the field data itself, and if you do so, the data will not be
interpreted correctly.
The solution is to add a variable entry to the [Environment] section
using a value that consists of a single semi-colon. You can then use
the variable, %sc% for example, wherever you want to insert a semi-colon.

B0025 : Windows 95 colour theme not installed
If you install Calmira 2.2 over version 2.1, the Windows 95 colour scheme
is not automatically installed into Control Panel.
You can add it manually by editing control.ini and adding the
following entry to the [Color schemes] section:
Windows 95 standard=808000,808080,FFFFFF,0,C0C0C0,0,800000,808080,
FFFFFF,C0C0C0,C0C0C0,0,10E0E0E0,C0C0C0,808080,0,
808080,800000,FFFFFF,C0C0C0,FFFFFF
This data should all be on one line.
B0024 : System menus on taskbar buttons may not be up to date
If you choose to show actual system menus when you right click over a taskbar
button, the menus that are shown may not be updated by the client program
prior to popup. So if a program normally disables some items, or makes
different commands available at different times, you might not see the
effect from the taskbar.
If you experience this problem, you can update the menu by restoring the
affected program window and clicking once on its close box.
